Jessica Neckien MSPT

Hometown: Dodge City/Ensign, KS. Bachelor’s Degree: University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Education, Sports Science, Pre-Physical Therapy Major, 2000. Graduate Degree: University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, KS- Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy Degree, May 2002. Jessica was born and raised in Ensign, Kansas. Jessica is a 4th generation Farm Kid and Cattleman’s daughter. Growing up Jessica played various sports and went to school in Dodge City, KS. Jessica did competitive gymnastics and competitive dance and cheer for 22 years. Jessica received numerous medals and State recognition. Jessica placed 1st in Vault in the State of Kansas in 1989. She has also judged, choreographed, and taught both dance and gymnastics.

Jessica received her Undergraduate Degree at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. Jessica was also on the KU Crimson Girl Dance Team and The University of Kansas Dance Company. Jessica received her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy Degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. Jessica received the Outstanding Student Award. Jessica’s various clinical rotations included the Cadet’s Facility at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Spring, CO, various orthopaedic and sports medicine clinics, hippotherapy, and hospitals.

Upon graduating in 2002, Jessica moved to Westlake Village, CA. Jessica has been a physical therapist at Body Logic/Westlake Sports Therapy officially since January 2003. Jessica has been a part of Westlake High School’s Medical Staff since Fall of 2002. She has also helped with Thousand Oaks High School’s Medical Staff from 2009-2012. She has also volunteered for the FIVB Professional Volleyball World Championships in 2004. Jessica is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Throughout Jessica’s career she has expanded her expertise with various upper and lower extremity manual therapy and therapeutic exercise continuing education courses, a year-long manual therapy course, various lower quarter biomechanics courses, and a 6 month advanced course in functional biomechanics of the lower quarter. Jessica has guest lectured for physical therapy students regarding sports and injuries. Jessica provides internships for students of various ages and stages of learning. Jessica evaluates and treats outpatients in orthopaedics, sports, gait assessments, pediatrics, Medicare, auto, personal insurance, and worker’s comp. Jessica is passionate about her family, her profession, getting her patient’s better, and this facility.


Tali Duer

Tali Duer grew up in Israel and received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Ben-Gurion University in 1989. Throughout her career, Tali has expanded her expertise through a series of specialized post-graduate studies in the area of manual therapy and sports therapy medicine rehabilitation . Tali has passion for movement evaluation and assessment . Her interest in the neuromuscular system and its relationship with musculoskeletal pain syndromes and dysfunction continues with ongoing education of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization , DNS , approach that developed by Dr. Pavel Kolar from Prague School of rehabilitation.

Tali is a board certified specialist in Orthopedic physical therapy (OCS) and also certified DNS exercise trainer, DNSET. Tali once owned a well-known clinics in Israel practicing neurological, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation in addition to pediatric treatment based on Vojta method . She was also part of the academic staff at Wingate Institute Coaching School from 2000-2002 as a lecturer in Orthopedics and Sports Injuries.


Ethan Ezaki D.P.T

Ethan has been practicing as an orthopedic physical therapist for 12 years and is a graduate of University Southern California where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2003. He has a strong background in management and has run multiple clinics for some of the biggest PT providers in the nation. He received his bachelors in science from University California Santa Barbara in Biology in 1998. He has a passion for teaching and mentoring and has mentored students from multiple universities in Southern California and has served as the clinical coordinator for continuing education for multiple clinics. He has a passion for local sports and enjoys supporting local high school athletics. He is a strong believer in individualized therapy programs and he believes that every individual should have a therapy program that is custom for them. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and enjoys multiple sports including basketball, football, tennis, and soccer. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons.

Tito Ramirez CPT

Tito Ramirez's passion is assisting others to regain function and improve their quality of life, and he knew from a very young age that he wanted to be a Physical Therapist. He graduated in 2003 from Loma Linda University, and in 2007 and 2008, he successfully completed orthopedic residency and movement science fellowship programs here in Southern California. During his fellowship, he was selected to serve on a clinical education board with the collective goal of designing a system others could utilize to teach and assess Physical Therapist’s evaluation and treatment techniques. Tito holds certifications from the American Physical Therapy Board as both an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and as a Clinical Instructor, and continues to instruct his peers on the system he helped to create. Implementation of the tools he teaches improves clinical outcomes, as well as patient satisfaction.
